Build up your team's personal brand and reputation to help them succeed in the short and longer term.

Make sure you share your team’s successes with your peers in the organisation, without making them about you. Talk about the things the individual accomplishments of people on your team. By helping them build their personal brand in the organisation, you’ll set them up to take on new opportunities and grow their careers.

Ask about your peers’ teams too. Who are their star players, and what makes them stars?
